Greatest Hits
About this Album
Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits was released by Columbia on March 27, 1967, as a stopgap while Dylan recovered from his 1966 motorcycle accident with no new recordings ready. It was the label's first Dylan compilation.
The American edition collects ten songs, mostly singles, and reached number 10 on the Billboard 200. It became his best-selling album in the United States, certified five times platinum, and won the 1967 Grammy for Best Album Cover, Photography. Positively 4th Street was the only track not drawn from a studio album.
