Jackpot is the soundtrack album to the 2013 Hindi heist comedy of the same name, directed by Kaizad Gustad and set among con artists working the casinos of Goa. The album was released on 1 November 2013 through T-Series, composed primarily by the brother duo Sharib and Toshi Sabri.^[1]

The ten-track album is built around multiple versions of its lead single, "Kabhi Jo Baadal Barse." Alongside the original Arijit Singh recording, the soundtrack includes a female version sung by Shreya Ghoshal, an English-inflected version featuring reggae vocalist Maxi Priest, and a club remix produced by Rishi Rich, giving the same melody four distinct treatments across the record.^[1]

The rest of the album leans upbeat and eclectic, featuring performers including Mika Singh, Akasa Singh, Remo Fernandes, Sunidhi Chauhan, and Javed Jaffrey, matching the film's brisk, comedic heist-movie tone rather than the ballad register of its best-known track.

The film itself was released to overwhelmingly negative reviews and modest box office returns.^[2] Its soundtrack outlasted that reception by a wide margin: "Kabhi Jo Baadal Barse" became one of Arijit Singh's most enduring ballads, streamed and covered long after most listeners had forgotten the movie it was written for.^[1][2]
