About this Album

Proceed With Caution is a six-song EP by The Paradox, announced on 23 July 2026 and released on 2 October 2026. It was preceded by the singles "Good for Me," "I Kinda Like That," and "That's Not Fair."[1][2]

The band's press materials say that despite the title there is nothing tentative about the record, describing it as a young band meeting the scale of the moment.[2] The release was followed by the band's first national headline tour, with many dates sold out in advance.[2]

A review lists the tracks as "I Kinda Like That", "Living Hell", "That's Not Fair", "Good For Me", "Stoner Mentality" and "It's Over".[3] "Good For Me", the first single, was released on June 5, 2026 and was written with Nick Furlong and co-produced by Andrew Goldstein and Daniel Omelio.
