Biography
Ought are a post-punk band from Montreal. They made their 2014 debut, More Than Any Other Day, after finishing studies at McGill University and in the wake of the 2012 Quebec student protests.[1]
The members hold a mix of Australian and American passports, and singer Tim Darcy fronts the band alongside Matt May, Tim Keen and Ben Stidworthy. Their second album, Sun Coming Down (2015), was written and recorded in about two months and released on Constellation Records.[2]
