Have You in My Wilderness

Have You in My Wilderness is Julia Holter's fourth album, released on Domino on September 25, 2015. Unlike its predecessors, which were organized around literary or theatrical sources, it has no overarching concept and leans toward intimate, direct songwriting.

Holter has called it a "troubled child" of a record, because shaping the songs into full arrangements took many sessions. Producer Cole M. Greif-Neill encouraged her to bring her voice forward, and the result is her clearest-sounding album, with a warm, tactile, mid-century pop palette.
