About this Album
Odds and Ends is a 2018 compilation from Pile on Exploding in Sound, gathering singles, EP tracks and other songs from the band's first decade that never landed on a main album.[1] It opens with "Special Snowflake," the seven-minute 2014 single that the band decided was too self-contained to fold into a full-length.[2]
For newcomers it works as a side door into a catalog that favors long forms, abrupt dynamic shifts and noisy catharsis.
