About this Album
She's the Best is Troye Sivan's fourth studio album, released on 9 October 2026 through Tokky's Music under exclusive license to Interscope Records[1]. It follows Something to Give Each Other (2023), which earned three Grammy nominations[2].
Reviewers describe it as a comedown after a night of euphoria, built on longing, daydreaming and the platonic love of friends, and moving between house, jazz, electroclash, spoken word and quieter pop[3]. Sivan has framed its tension as the gap between a hyper-empowered stage persona and the isolation of a hotel room afterward[4].
Most of the album was recorded at home in Los Angeles with his brother Tyde Levi, with additional sessions in New York with Jack Antonoff, and Sivan has described many of its songs as manifestations aimed at a hoped-for future partner[5].
Sivan has said work began the day after the 2024 Grammys before he paused to let the material develop[6]. He cites influences including Arthur Russell, The Avalanches and Cornelius, and recorded many vocals at home himself[6]. Quieter tracks such as Embarrassingly show the private side of the record, set against the public euphoria of the singles.
