Skylight
About this Album
Skylight is the third album by Pinegrove, self-released on Bandcamp on September 28, 2018, with early profits going to charities including MusiCares, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Voting Rights Project.[1]
It was recorded in 2017 at a house in Kinderhook, New York, and produced by Evan Stephens Hall and Sam Skinner. Its release was delayed by the band's hiatus and its split from Run for Cover Records. Critics found it more atmospheric and abstract than Cardinal, and it runs just over thirty minutes across eleven tracks.[1]
